Island Retreat

Architect John Dvorsack assisted the owner with the design and location of this home. The center line of the home was strategically located to line up directly with the Gay Head lighthouse on Martha’s Vineyard. A long and thinner design resulted in maximum views, private bedroom suites and plenty of views for everyone. The lot was carefully excavated to include a full walk out basement and a walk out detached garage.
