Architect Rob Bramhall had his challenges fitting a large program onto a small site and contractors had an incredible challenge with access to this site. The program even included an in-ground pool and heated screen room on the ocean side. The interior detail is exquisite. The owners and interior designers put the finishing touches on this beautiful Cape Cod retreat.
