Falmouth Heights Oeanfront

This home was built in a Velocity zone and very close to a new seawall built for protection against the Atlantic Ocean. The views are stunning and directly face south towards Martha’s Vineyard. Architect Denise Bonoli had to meet the radically different building codes for this different type of construction with a minimum first floor elevation of 16’ above sea level.
