Penzance Point 1
Architect Walter Yarosh re-designed this 1910 vintage home that enjoys spectacular views of Buzzards Bay on the back side and Great Harbor Woods Hole from the front side. It needed to be completely renovated to include all new structural footings, steel I beams, new additions, new roof lines and complete interior changes. In addition, the adjacent beach cottage was renovated, a sea wall built, a coastal dune replanted and a sandy beach restored. A year later, we permitted and installed a 515’ pier with deep water access.
