Vineyard Sound Oceanfront Estate
Hutker Architects designed this oceanfront estate that included a large custom family home with incredible detail and unique materials. It also has a separate guest house that was historically preserved and an 1834 barn that was completely preserved and rebuilt to include additional guest spaces with recreational facilities. This site has it all, beginning with a large private sandy beach, an in-ground pool, and total privacy throughout the property.
