Robert Geggatt
PRESIDENT
Rob has over 25 years in construction experience, owning his own framing company through most of them. In addition to his construction experience, he has an interest in a local mill shop that specializes in custom cabinetry and built-ins. He holds a Mass Construction Supervisors License. In 2022, Rob was promoted to partner of the company.
RALPH CATALDO
CONSULTANT
Ralph holds a BS in Industrial Engineering with graduate studies in Business Management. He spent 12 years in private industry employed by Digital Equipment Corp., Wang Laboratories and Honeywell Information Systems.
His positions included senior manufacturing engineer, senior project engineer and facility manager. He has over 30 years of custom home building experience and maintains his MA Construction Supervisor License and his MA Home Improvement License.
He is very involved with the National Association of Home Builders and is the recent past President of the Builder 20, Club #11.
PETER SARKINEN
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Peter has over 40 years of construction experience and is a master carpenter specializing in all phases of finish carpentry, framing and cabinet building. He maintains his MA Construction Supervisor License, his MA Home Improvement License and supervises small to very complex projects.
JASON REBELLO
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Jason has over 18 years trade experience. He holds an Associates of Science Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He maintains his MA Construction Supervisor License and MA Home Improvement License. He supervises new construction and simple to extensive remodels.
MARIBETH WADMAN
CONTROLLER & PROJECT MANAGER
Maribeth holds a BS in Business Management. She has over 13 years of private industry experience with GTE Corp. and over 22 years Construction Office Management and Accounting experience. She manages large projects and coordinates all small jobs and maintenance work.
Cassidy Cincotta
SELECTIONS COORDINATOR / DIGITAL MARKETER / SOFTWARE TRAINER
Cassidy started her career with Cataldo in 2015 as she headed into college. She worked part-time with us throughout her undergraduate degree and has now graduated college with a Bachelors in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Leadership. She is going into her 8th year with us and is an integral part of the team.
