Hen Cove

“This new house build was a long time coming.  We originally designed the house back in 2013.  I got cold feet and shelved the project.  My wife decided it was either her or a new house in 2021.  So with a few updated tweaks from the architect, we commenced construction in the Fall of 2022.

Admittedly, I was not looking forward to the process or the project.  As it turns out I think it was Rob’s first ground up project since taking over the business.  We were paired up with the company’s long time project super Peter S.  We hit it off with Pete.  He has been in the custom home building business a long time and has seen it and done it all before.  He took the architect’s plans and made suggestions along the way.  We had a lot of laughs during our journey.  As with any construction project there are always a few surprises.  We worked those out on a win / win basis.  You couldn’t ask for a more reasonable outcome.

The team at Cataldo (from the office staff to the field crew) has been nothing but courtesy, organized and professional thru out the project.  Looking back, the project was more enjoyable then I ever thought it would be.

If we were ever in the market to do another project, Cataldo Builders would be our first call.”
