Project Description
This project needed a team of professionals to subdivide this property and carefully locate this oceanfront home on the perfect spot. This was accomplished by our team with the complete trust of the owners. I am extremely proud of what we accomplished with respect and admiration for each other. This is the 2nd estate architect Denise Bonoli designed for our clients. It has it all from a sandy beach, to a putting green, from a home theatre to private suites for 3 generations of family. It is the perfect Cape Cod family retreat!
